a month agoWhen you shop Ross, you know you aren’t going to get the most luxurious shopping experience. However, this Ross pleasantly surprised me with its organization and tidiness as well as merchandise to choose from. We found exactly what we were looking for. Lacoste bath towels for $12 each; they’re like $40 each online. Unfortunately, we had to wait in a long line to check out – a hallmark of the Ross experience. There were about 6 people in front of us and only one cashier. The cashier was very kind and efficient with her job. If this Ross was fully staffed, it would be awesome! We look forward to returning and hope a few more employees are hired.6 months agoA decent Ross. Much of the store is stocked. Came early so items were in order. People complaining of items on floor, but what these customers don’t understand is the whirlwind of the weekend crowd are the culprits not putting things back in its place…… making it hard on Ross employees to keep up. One thing that caught my eye is finding a “machete” on sale here a Ross…..now that’s a first for me.3 months agoThe black lady with glasses working the register is the rudest person I’ve ever met. I get not wanting to be at work , but she just doesn’t care at all. I bought several things mostly clothing, also bought a bottle of cologne, which she literally dropped in the bag from like three feet above the bag. It broke and cologne went all over all the clothes I bought, she refused to exchange them even though I checked the bag in front of her at the counter right after she handed it to me. She just said that’s your problem and started ring up the next person. So that was a waste of $80.4 months agoWAS MY FIRST TIME IN THE STORE! WAS WITH MY DAUGHTER.THE STORE WAS NASTY , BARELY ANYTHING IN THE STORE WORTH BUYING. WAS LOOKING FOR JEAN SHORTS FOR MY SON. WASN’T IMPRESSED WITH YOUR STORE AT ALL. NOT EVEN HOUSE STUFF TO BUY OR PICTURES TO BUY TO HANG ON YOUR WALL ..YOU COULD CLEAN THE STORE UP & ORDER STOCK FOR THE SHELVES. MAY HELP SOME.3 months agoThe cashier’s were very nice and friendly! 2 months agoThe cashier, who is a gray-haired woman, throws things all the time and leaves alarms on the clothes that I have to return. I don’t know if she does it with everyone, but she has always behaved racist to me and in a bitter and impulsive way when she gets paid, almost always when cash is paid, she throws the change.6 months agoHigh quality clothes at very affordable prices4 years agoThis store needs a complete revamp. The employees look miserable, the manager at “customer service” is loud and rude to the employees in front of the customers. The line is always endless, because they only have one register open. It’s a real sad sight to see. The store itself is filthy. As far as merchandise, plenty shelves and racks are bare. It’s disorganized chaos.a month agoI think the store is ok. I am a big guy and finding clothes for me is difficult so for me this is not my store. I do not like the selection that the store offers.4 months agoNot a lot to choose from this time around. Seems like shelves was less than normal. Line was a long wait. Prices are always good though.

I came into this store as it opened. I was very disappointed with the appearance. Clothes were all over the floor. A lot of the sizes were out of order. Rugs and toys were all over the floor. Trash such as fast food bags and coffee cups were on the shelves. No employee should leave the store looking like this at closing. The morning crew were doing nothing to mitigate the mess. The environment made me anxious and not want to shop here. I didnt trust that the clothes were in great shape given people were driving their carts all over the clothes that were left on the floor. I wouldn’t suggest shopping here.
A nice place to buy stuff they have great price and lots of stuff to choose from. Lots of shoes ,clothes for women and men and children. They have pretty home decors from flower vase, wall frames and alot more. Got a good deal of the Betsy wallet I bought, price tag was $58 and paid only $10.99 in Ross Dress for less price. And find more stuff on clearance and happy for what I bought and will come back again.
Line is aways long as there is only 1 cashier operating MOST of the times. My last visit there was an associate hanging hangers on a rack literally by the other register, the line had atleast 15 people..she should of helped get the line down. I’ve seen her on the register days earlier. Dressing room is always filled with clothes. This store definitely needs help. Dressing room has been Iike this for years. Corporate needs to step in and haul the managers out.
The store is ok, although the line is always ridiculously long. I was in line for a good 40 minutes. They have 2 cashier’s but only one running the register!! Another customer had to make a phone call just to get another cashier to help out. I guess they have no management, well at least that’s the way it looks!!
The cashier that was working at 9:50pm on 8/11/23 .. I don’t know her name but she has long brown hair and glasses with tattoos all over her arms .. she was so rude!! I was in the fitting room and went to grab something real quick and came back and found the fitting room closed! So I went to her and asked if the fitting room got closed? I was just there a minute ago and she was SO RUDE saying “umm our fitting room is closed!” with a very aggressive attitude as if I was asking something wrong!
She could have said it in a nicer, more professional way!
It wasn’t a nice experience going to the store because of her!!
