2 months agoI truly like the shopping experience and the Starbucks in house allows you to have a drink and snack while you shop. They offer alot of products that I cannot find elsewhere. Staff is mostly helpful and kind. I did not like the self check out experience however as it is very particular to not scanning your items.3 months agoThe one entrance is poorly placed causing lots of congestion and you can expect to have to walk a good ways when parking. The store is hot and cluttered. I always check in stock items before going in and the items I’m looking for always end up being sold out when I go in; always seem to be out of things when I do curbside pick up as well. I usually prefer shopping at target, but not in Springfield.4 years agoThis is not quite a “Super Target” but this location does have a significant grocery section. I wish we had another Target in the Springfield area. This one is always very busy. They have a CVS pharmacy. There’s a Starbucks and Pizza Hut near the checkout area. This Target has a large electronic section. Plenty of flat screens, video games, all the iPhone accessories.Target has nice home decor for the price range. A lot of their decor has a modern flair. The shopping experience here is more pleasant than the competition.
a month agoCalled toy department a lot of times to get hung up on, guest services lady was nice to tell them to answer, went to ask about a product and she was effortless didnt bother checking sku# to see if was in the back or not then said she is not allowed to say if a product is in the backroom. I also said that other targets are getting this certain product on the store floor before the online pre-orders are available and claimed that they are not available to put them on the floor even though this product is not Street dated if there was this product in the back. I work retail and even if a product is a store exclusive it is not Street dated and once product arrives to store they can be put out it just depends if the worker in the department wants to work and stock shelves like they SHOULD.she did not bother to check whatsoever and came off rude and that she didn’t want to work, if someone is going to be grouchy then I don’t think working morning shift is a good idea.a month agothere was a very sweet and pretty employee named Tory! They were the best cashier EVER! And you might think i’m over exaggerating but i’m not! Tory we love you!!??

4 months agoHaven’t been at this particular location in awhile, and figured I’d stop in for a few items. I was very surprised to see the store in such a disarray. Clothes were all over the floor, empty shelves, and displays were a mess. I came at a very busy time on a Friday night, so I assume there just weren’t enough workers to get to these sections. I blame the customers for the way this store looks, honestly. Some customers are very disrespectful and leave items everywhere when they decide they no longer want them, as evidenced by a minor in the boys section punching a mannequin while his distracted mother was talking on her cell phone. The last 3 times I ordered a pick up with drive up orders, either they were 20 minutes too slow, or the order was incorrect. Such as misplacing ear buds. Luckily there is a girl who works in guest services that reimbursed me for it promptly. A+ service for some of these employees.2 weeks agoI really love the Cat & Jack clothing styles (and quality!) But I’m not a fan of how narrow the aisles are where you can just barely fit a cart if there is no items on the floor. Sadly my local store has a lot of items on the floor. What was really sad, I couldn’t find the sizes I needed (3/4t girls and 5t boys) but then realized there was a whole bunch of them…on the floor. Left there by other customers. There were several employees stocking the shelves but all in one spot and no one picking up knocked over or randomly placed items. Do 4 people all need to empty the same box at the same time?2 months agoI am a HUGE Target fan and find this one to be disappointing. Just not living up to the Target brand of cleanliness that I experience at other locations. There are stickers placed on one of the signs for order pick up which is an eyesore, and I was disgusted by the condition of the walkway entering into the store, as if several people have stopped out front and just poured out anything on the walkway. I can’t attach pics here but it’s just not Target standard. Power wash the walkway or something. And unfortunately the tidiness on the inside of the store is about the same. ??♀️a month agoThe Bridgeton Target has great customer service. Darla was especially helpful to me yesterday. She saved me an extra $16 by noticing a Circle offer that I was eligible for that I didn’t know about!a month agoI was recently there on July 29th I was picking up a drive up order. The young boy Cameron was the one to give me my items he threw my bags on my seat, I told him not to throw my items after I said that he slammed my door & told me to have a good day. He’s very disrespectful & unprofessional.

Do not recommend Online order pick up at this location. Instead of being at the store entrance pick up is now pushed all the way to the end of the store (behind groceries) and all you will find is an empty red metallic cart. Which genius came up with this idea?
Target’s staff members are incredibly kind and helpful. The environment at Target is an inclusive one, and this is reflected in their selections, ads, atmosphere and employees. I enjoy shopping in a space where I feel safe and welcome. Environmentally conscious and animal friendly products are easy to find at Target, and they are reasonably priced. The store is always clean and organized making it a more enjoyable shopping experience. Thank you Target! As someone who is easily overwhelmed by clutter and disarray, this is a HUGE bonus.
Not sure where to begin. What’s up with the parking lot? Yellow stripes, white stripes, red stripes, regular stalls, stalls w arrows, no parking every other stall, what a mess. Then, inside the store, order pickup isn’t at the front, it’s all the way over on the far side – opposite the entrance – of the store in, no joke, the toilet paper aisle. I didn’t feel like waiting in a line (plus, I’d already received an email from Target telling me that they didn’t have one of my ordered items despite definitely saying they had them at the time the order was placed) that wasn’t moving so I just canceled my order and bailed. This new setup, and remodel in general, is hilarious levels of bad.
Prices and variety are all great. Definitely been cleaned up in the last few years. My only issue is that too often they are out of things in the grocery, and seem to be slow to restock. Otherwise, great store.
Very nice store except they are frequently out of stock on items I need. Items not even in the weekly ad. Have had to go to the competition if I want to find everything in one trip. Have included this comment in so many reviews. Guess the Analysts aren’t listening.
