5 Replies to The 5 Biggest Marshalls Stores in Arizona, United States

  1. Great shopping experience! This location is full of bargains at every corner. They have everything from clothes, shoes, luggage, home decor, small furniture, kitchen, bath, fragrances, and more! The prices are comparable to competitors. The staff are very friendly and efficient! I highly recommend this location to anyone who loves a great shopping experience!

  2. I purchased three shirts from this store, before going on vacation.
I did not have time to try them on, I just packed them in my luggage, but first I removed the tags.
After getting to my destination, I tried on the shirts and they were just a bit too small, they were large, I guess I should have picked an extra large.

When I arrived back home from vacation I decide to take the three shirts back to Marshalls, I did not have the receipt any longer, and I also didn’t have the shirt price tags.

At the service counter were I was returning the three shirts which were in perfect condition and still, unworn, the associate told me that he would have to call over the manager to approve the return since I didn’t have a receipt, and the tags were not with the shirts.

When the manager came over she instructed another associate to go back and find shirts that were similar, the associate return with two shirts,he could not find a third that match the third shirt that I was returning.

I wasn’t told that I didn’t purchase the shirt from the store rudely, I said that I definitely purchased the shirt from this store, and I’m sure that you have it on the rack still it wasn’t that long ago.

The associate then told me that since I didn’t have a receipt, or the tags for the other shirt that he could not give me return credit, so I told the associate that I would go back and look for the shirt myself on the rack, and I did so. after about 15 minutes of looking on the shelves, I found The same shirt brand in the clearance section, and bought it back up to the register.

I showed the associate that I found a similar shirt by the same maker, he then stated they could give me the credit for it again on a store gift card.

I was treated like I was a thief by Marshalls the associates and management at this store, I purchased The shirts on my credit card, and I could prove it if I had to.

Everyday you can go into this Marshalls, and see numerous thieves walk out with merchandise, sometimes so much merchandise at this particular location that they need to fill up a stolen suitcase with it, or fill up a shopping cart, the store has a security guard in uniform at the door who lets the thieves walk out with all the merchandise, and never confronts not even one of the thieves!

The thieves at Marshalls are treated better than the customers, when a customer has to return an item, and the customer does not have a receipt, the management at this location treats you worse than they do the thieves that steal from them on a daily basis.

Not only do the thieves that steal from Marshalls cause the prices to go up, but because of them the store associates in this store do not trust anyone at all.

One day Marshall’s policies of letting these thieves get away with walking out of the store with hundreds of dollars worth of merchandise it’s going to get a customer hurt, or numerous customers hurt.

I say that because a lot of these people that steal are on drugs, or are mentally ill.

After I received the gift card with the merchandise return credit, I started looking for shirts that fit me, while doing so I noticed groups of men stealing, at least three groups of men were stealing at the time I was there at the store.

I also witnessed unruly teens that were allowed to run through the store and wreak havoc!

After seeing that at this store I will no longer will be shopping at Marshalls again.
It is dangerous to shop at this Marshalls
location with thieves stealing all around you, you never know what could happen.?

  3. The concept of Marshalls is clear, and we all know it. This Marshalls here is more less like all. What I found was that it was difficult for me to find trousers in my length (34-36″). Same problem I had in El Paso. I guess the shops in the south are more specialized for not so tall customers.

Came to shop & had to quickly breastfeed my baby. I asked if I could feed my baby in the fitting room and the lady told me to feed him in the BATHROOM (!!???!!)

I asked her if she would eat in the bathroom herself and she told me she would ask her manager. I was allowed to feed my child after all but wow. What a distasteful experience

This location is just packed with so many finds! Tons of selection for virtually everything home or clothes.

Biggest negative: fitting rooms are STILL CLOSED…

Other than that this store is 5 stars with an abundance of gems. A fav spot anytime I’m over at Desert Ridge.

From Clinique, to compression socks to planners- this store is DANGEROUS!! ?LOL. A LARGE selection- I feel furniture & decor is more so over priced. Pictured are some finds from today. I recommend being prepared to spend minimum $80-$100ish in one visit or more!! This store is close to my home…many don’t even know a 2-in-1 store like this exists. ⚠️?I do wish employees checked on broken food/pantry & store items more in general. There is much in the store & especially clearance that is already ripped or broken. I had a friend who worked here- the starting pay is $13.__ ??something- nothing compared to inflation & current economy! Food for thought if thinking to apply.?

Cashier rung up a set of chairs for the price of one and an oompa loompa came up to us and accused us of stealing one of them. Second chair wasn’t tagged properly and he then accused us of tearing off the tag. He then wheeled the chairs out to the curb in 110 degree heat and left my 78 year old grandfather to load them himself. Little man needs to be humbled.

Lines are long with few cashiers. Staff is extremely rude especially store manager. Would recommend going to a different location
