3 weeks agoThe store was nice, neat and organized however the elevator was out of order so shoppers in wheelchairs could not access the upper level. The store should be accessible to everyone including shoppers with disabilities that cannot use the escalator or stairs.4 weeks agoCould not find an employee to assist without going to a cash register. The fitting rooms were closed in different locations, so you have to walk across the store to try on clothes. JCP has good sales though.5 months agoOne of the few large JC Penny stores still standing. Although I didn’t find what I was looking for, I always enjoy roaming the store to see what is on sale. It’s two floors and pretty well stocked so you won’t be disappointed if you visit. This location has assigned parking if you choose to order online for carryout. I have also used this feature, and they are great. No long time waiting and you don’t have to leave your car. They always seem to have good sales on sportswear. The downside is low on customer service. Most of the time, there is only 1 checkout in the store. If you decide to visit you won’t be disappointed. And… it shares the parking lot with HEB.? Double duty.3 months agoPlace is horrible to shop at. 2 employees in whole store, both down stairs. When asked why under staffed, person claiming to be manager said, corporate doesn’t give a budget large enough to hire more peoplea month agoThey have a lot of jeans for men that stretch on the legs and waist, they also have all kinds of fits: slim, skinny, straight, bootcut, etc.

a month agoThey had light music playing and some home fragrance was wafting through, the lighting was bright and everything was clean and looked to be in stock. And the associates were so kind in a genuine way! I originally went in to pick up an online order (which was very easy) since I typically don’t enjoy shopping in person, but due to the atmosphere I ended up staying and walking around for an hour. 🙂9 months agoThis location is just like any other JCPenney. Gotta wide selection with plenty of discounts as usual. Ordering online and getting clothes delivered here is no sweat too; I’ve had several clothes ordered online and delivered at this location for me to pick up. Although, the pick up location is a confusing to find, and the skeleton crew they usually employ here is hard to get help from since there just aren’t that many associates around to help you find things.One time they lost a pick up order I had, so that was frustrating, but eventually they found it a few days later.
a month agoThe selection is fine but the store is never clean why do they only have ONE fitting room open. There is a long line out of the ONE fitting room. There is 3 on the first floor. Covid is more controlled so that isn’t an excuse anymore. What’s the reason?4 years agoOur favorite store in Parks Mall Arlington. My wife loves to go there. The best place for clothing needs and home stuff. The prices are reasonable. The sales events run year long. $10 off $10 and $10 off 25 coupons are sent out very often during the year. They have a big collection of seasonal items for all seasons and especially for holidays seson.2 months agoFor the first time in years I went to Penneys at Parks Mall. I was surprised at how friendly and helpful all of the staff were. I mean from the time I entered until I completed shopping. Also the store is neatly organized an the merchandise is excellent. I will become a regular as it’s the way American businesses use to operate. Congratulations to your wonderful employees and to whoever reorganized JC Penneys. P.S. Now my wife wants to go shopping there.

Store always is fully stocked and they have awesome specials. The store looks super clean and not crowded. They have a hair salon, optical and even mattresses, staff is friendly and helpful.
First time at this remodeled location. Excellent overall selection in men’s department and very reasonable prices at that. Good quality clothes.
I wanted to buy clip earrings but couldn’t find anyone to help me. Then another day we went shopping for clothes, it took forever to check out. It was just my husband and I at 2 checkout stations that are next to each other close to the east doors. I was in one, my husband was in the other. We were next to check out. It was like watching a movie in slow motion! Perfect example of lethargic. It was a young man on my side and an older one on my husband’s side. The older man was much worse. It was in the evening and there were very few customers. Maybe they were just tired. Other than these two incidents, I always have good experiences with the clerks there and always find what I need. I love JC Penney!❤️?
