2 weeks agoSeems like a good deal. It was a hit or miss on styles and sizes. The choices were pretty limited.2 months agoApproximately 2 months ago bought there a pair of shoes and unfortunately didn’t know that will receive a huge surprise form the store at cash desk and didn’t check it properly. When I back to Israel found 2 left pairs. What can be done with this? Would like to send it back and receive a right pair. Or money back.a month agoThey always have a great selection of clothes and great prices on their shoes. I am a fan of Kate Spade and would shop at their store downtown or their outlet store in Aurora. Now I just come to the rack and get my purses there because they have a variety of sizes and atyles4 months agoExcellent location, but merchandise and availability varies by location. Like that, as suburban locations are more to their clientele, while the city locations, especially Michigan Avenue has a larger selection for all; young, adults and above 50. It’s always better to see and try the merchandise; and if your size or style is not readily available you always go on their detailed website and purchase, & purchases above $99 offer free shipping. a month agoDidn’t find whatever I was looking for. Little pricey.6 years agoThis is one of my favorite stores. There is something for everyone they have a small kids section and a small men’s section. The vast majority of the store is for women which makes sense since that’s where they make the most money.Wait until they have additional discounts off that’s when you find the best deals. Their shoe department is awesome. I recently bought three pair of all leather boots to the knee, each pair was under $20. What a bargain!
10 months agoI’ve been going here for years to get my fresh on. They used to have a better sunglasses section and fragrances, but it’s still decent. The service is impeccable. The staff in the women’s section is above and beyond helping you, and she has good taste in fashion. So I found a nice outfit for a good price. I also love the shoe department and the layout of the store. It’s always a great shopping experience at Nordstorm Rack.4 months agoLove This place but kinda went crazy and I saw some shoes that I purchased that was at least 10 bucks cheaper ? oh well but I will always like this place10 months agoNordstrom Rack is my go-to store for discounted-name brand fashions. And I love the shoe selection and quality brands. The employees are nice and helpful when you need them. Their prices are good and so is the size range for men and women. They have really stepped it up and returned to the excellent quality for value Nordstrom Rack is known for – great management, customer service and amazing deals!

This is one of 2 Nordstrom rack locations in the city center. This one has more shoes. This one is not my favorite but if you are looking for some good deals & are shopping state street it’s worth a stop.

Love this store!! I like to check Nordstrom’s Rack first, due to their great prices, before I go to other stores. I found 2 items on my list!
Lots of great deals. It’s definitely worth a stop if you want designer items but at a savings. There really are some great gems.
Store had good selection but 2 employees were so rude. A guy politely went up and asked for help on shoes and she sighed so loud that he even said sorry.. another woman at the register greets everyone with “you got a number with us?” Instead of hi. (I started with Hi and no response)
An excellent shopping experience with a giant selection of shoes. My partner and I snagged some store brand pleather boots for $50, Merrill hiking shoes for $50, and a pair of refurbished Docs for $40! There’s also a nice selection of cosmetics and nail polish. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the store is clean and nicely spaced out.
